Here at Mukiwa Accounting Services, we don’t believe in building preset packages that prescribe what a client needs without consulting them. It’s just not the way we work. Many accounting firms out there have pre-built “Gold, Silver, Bronze” packages that include a whole bunch of services that often aren’t relevant. At Mukiwa, we don’t believe you should be paying for a package you don’t need, which is why all of our services are tailored to suit you.
After we get to know your business inside out, we use a fixed fee billing system. Our fees are always focused on creating and delivering value to our clients. We understand just how hard it is to run a business as it is. You don’t need the added stress of a surprise bill or an arrangement that doesn’t suit your situation. Talk to us to find out more.

Whilst we will endeavour to honour these prices, we may need to charge additional fees if certain matters come to our attention that require additional time and expertise.

Our bookkeeping & BAS related services are generally charged on an hourly rate basis, starting from $50/hour. However each of our consultants has a different charge-out rate, dependent on their level of experience and qualifications. A more comprehensive list of our services and charge-out rates is available upon request.
For surety and peace of mind, we are open to charging our clients a fixed monthly fee. However, we recommend an initial period where we charge for our services based on our hourly rates. This affords us the opportunity to better understand your business and what is required, whilst also ensuring we have the opportunity to recommend and implement better business practices. We would look to review our arrangement with our business clients after 3 months.

More complicated tax returns may be charged based on additional time required and/or the nature of the advice provided.
We would need to review your business or trust in more detail to provide a formal estimate of fees. However, we tend to typically charge from $1,000 to $2,500 for the preparation and lodgement of a set of company or trust financial statements and income tax returns. This would include the drafting of any annual director minutes and trustee resolutions.
