You can claim a deduction for the cost of buying and cleaning: occupation-specific clothing, protective clothing and unique, distinctive uniforms. Note: A compulsory work uniform is a set of clothing that identifies you as an employee of an organisation with a strictly enforced policy that makes it compulsory for you to wear the uniform. while you're at work.

To legitimately claim the cost of a uniform, it needs be unique and distinctive, for example it must contain your employer's logo, or is specific to your occupation, like chef's pants or coloured safety vests.

It is your obligation to provide us with all information that may be reasonably expected to be necessary to allow us to perform work specified under this engagement within a timely manner or as requested.

• that you will advise Mukiwa in a timely manner if there are any changes to your circumstances that may be relevant to the performance of our services.
